Our rural house in Penedes was built over 200 years ago and has been in the same family for 9 generations.

The entire holiday home was restored in the 2000s, preserving its historic charm while adding modern amenities. An outdoor swimming pool was added, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. We also included an outdoor summer pavilion that features a barbecue area, a dressing room with a shower, and a laundry room. Additionally, a covered outdoor parking area was adapted to accommodate about 8 cars, ensuring convenience for our guests. This outstanding rural house in Penedes offers a blend of history and modern comfort, making it an ideal vacation rental for families and small groups.
